This policy covers all the interactions (“Services”) where you provide your information (”Personal Information”) to us through the VennFactory.com website or any other website that we own or control and that posts this Privacy Policy (any, a “Site”), or through other communications.
Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
Venn Factory is a B2B company and does not provide Services to consumers.
Venn Factory practices data minimization and we collect only what we need in order to provide our Services, as applicable.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Interactions may include, for example, but are not limited to:
- Signing up to receive our newsletter
- Requesting a white paper
- Communicating with us in the role of a prospective or current client or partner
- Paying for Services
You may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain Services, for example, providing an email address to which to send newsletters.

- For use with clients and partners: business, operations, and payment systems – may contain contact and payment information: Apple, Chase, GoDaddy, Microsoft, OpenPhone, QuickBooks, Stable, Stripe, Zapier, Zoom
- For use with clients and partners: project content systems – may contain contact information and other voluntarily provided personal information: Apple, Google, Leanstack, Notion
- For use with website visitors: website content systems – may contain contact information and visitor IP addresses: Notion, Webflow
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 (”Children” or “Child”). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Such changes are effective when they are posted on this page, as indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Before the change becomes effective, we will let you know via email if you have provided us with your address, as well as via a prominent notice on the Venn Factory website.
